Dr Mark Francis explains why he developed New Concept Veterinary Gas Anesthesia (NCVGA) , a simple, compact, portable, cost-effective machine for performing small animal and equine  isoflurane anesthesia.

These machines were designed as alternative to commercially available machines which can be expensive, cumbersome and less accurate.
